At the code field
From typed code to credited bonus
Most codes fail on the field itself, not on the terms behind it.
Before the account, not after
The field asks for one code, so pick it before you open anything. Reading the terms first saves a deposit you would regret.
Registration screen fields
Registration asks for an email address and a password; the code box sits on that same screen. Check the spelling of the address, since recovery links reach only that inbox.
Coinpoker Casino casing rules
Capitals and spaces both trip the field, so type the letters as the code card shows them and leave no gap. A mismatched character is read as no code at all.
What your deposit unlocks
Cashier takes the deposit that funds the match, with the smallest accepted amount set at NZ$11. Skrill and Neteller do not count towards this offer.
Time enough for 34x
Playthrough runs on the bonus at 34x, with single bets kept under NZ$6. Thirty days is the full span, and the wagering clock inside it is 29 days.
Fixes
Check the entry before you write to us
Open this block the moment the field turns the code down and you need a reason.
Where did the field go?
A promo code field appears at registration and in the cashier. If the app shows only a deposit screen, close it and enter the code on the site first.
Wrong case and stray spaces
START103 takes capitals and no spaces, so a lower-case s or a stray gap after the last digit will read as a wrong code. Retype it once, slowly.
Cleared for the full figure
Bonus codes need your identity and address approved before they release, and reviewing documents takes about 44 hours. Send the papers, then enter the code again.
Country of the login
Each code is written for the New Zealand market only, and a login routed from elsewhere will be turned away. Stay on the local site and use your email address to sign in.
Coinpoker Casino support reads the log
When four attempts give the same refusal, send the code, the exact time and a screenshot to [email protected]. Live chat runs through the night and can read the log with you.

What do returning players get?
Returning business is rewarded on a weekly rhythm rather than a one-off splash.
ORBITTOPUP70 — 70% up to NZ$300
Each Monday a 70% reload up to NZ$300 waits in the cashier on a deposit of NZ$30 or more, tied to 40x wagering on the bonus.
OMEGASAFE10 — 10% cashback
Ten percent of weekly losses comes back as cash, capped at NZ$1,000, on deposits from NZ$20, and the cashback clears at 5x.
Invited player top-up
Invited players receive 25% on top of a deposit with wagering of just 10x, and nothing needs typing because the offer is already on the account.
You are starting out
Small first deposit, larger matched amount: 2026
Each welcome code applies to one deposit, so the package builds as you pay in again. The worked example under the table shows turnover and an estimated loss at the stated return to player.

The small print
Do the figures still work for you?
Worth reading on the screen where the code is offered, before any money moves.
START103 — 103% up to NZ$1,800 + 185 free spins
START103 matches at 103% up to NZ$1,800 and adds 185 spins on Gates of Olympus. Playthrough sits at 34x on the bonus, so a small deposit keeps the burden modest.
NOVA85 is the second step, taken in the cashier: 85% up to NZ$1,150 with 50 spins. It asks for at least NZ$16 and expires in 7 days, which suits a player ready to deposit again quickly.
JADELUCKY50 hands over 50 spins at NZ$0.1 each on Book of Dead without a deposit. Winnings carry 50x playthrough, cashout stops at NZ$50 and the code lives only 3 days.
Nearly every lost bonus traces back to one small step taken in the wrong order.
Close the duplicate yourself
Opening a second account to chase another code breaks the one-account rule that promo_codes terms rest on, and both accounts get closed.
Keep one account for every code
Sort the code list before registering
Your first withdrawal waiting on documents
A withdrawal request meets the KYC gate first, so an unverified account stalls with winnings locked behind the check. Photo identification, proof of address and a card image cover it.
Send documents before your first cashout
Keep the card image clearly readable
Order of the cashier screen
Deposits made before the code is entered leave the bonus unclaimed, because the cashier reads the code at the moment of funding.
Enter the code first, fund after
Recheck the field before you pay
Your stake during playthrough
Stakes above NZ$6 while wagering breach the maximum bet term and take the bonus with them, so keep each spin at or under that figure.
Keep stakes at NZ$6 or below

Who sets the limit, the code or you?
Taking a code commits you to nothing beyond its wagering, and leaving it unclaimed costs you nothing. Limits wait in your account: deposit, loss, a reminder as the session runs, a break when you ask, and a lasting block. New Zealand players can also call the Gambling Helpline, the Problem Gambling Foundation or the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme.
Cooling-off periods. A cooling-off period steps you away for the days you choose, with the account still there when it ends.
Loss limits. A loss or session limit stops the spend at the figure you set and holds the evening inside it.
Self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes the account to play for the term you pick, across every session and every device.
Asked at the cashier
Coinpoker Casino promo codes, answered briefly
Few words per question, in the same flat tone the cashier uses for every figure.
trustWhen can I withdraw winnings from a promo code?+
Once turnover reaches 34 times the bonus base you are clear to request a withdrawal. In the NZ$20 example that is NZ$700.40 staked, with an expected loss near NZ$28 at 96% return. Verification must be done before money leaves.
trustDo I need a deposit for a bonus code?+
Not for BRAVOTOKEN20, which puts NZ$20 in the bonus balance with NZ$50 the most you can cash out. JADELUCKY50 hands over 50 spins at NZ$0.10 on Book of Dead instead. Both expect identification first.
trustWhy does the licence matter to a New Zealand player?+
Coinpoker Casino LLC trades under Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence ALSI-189133, number 555463. The authority sets how bonuses and disputes are handled. Games are tested by iTech Labs, QUINEL and Gaming Laboratories International.
trustDo I need a code if I am already registered?+
Only for reloads and cashback, entered in the cashier or in your profile once the account is open. A welcome code belongs to the first deposit and will not take a second time. Personal offers arrive without a code at all.
trustCan I stack two promo codes on one deposit?+
One code per deposit, then the next stage opens for the following payment. ORBITTOPUP70 rides on Monday reloads and OMEGASAFE10 returns 10% weekly. Running two codes together voids both.
trustWhat if I cannot find the code field on my phone?+
Switch the browser to the full site and the field returns at registration and in the cashier. Codes type the same on a handset as on a desktop. If it still hides, chat support sees your screen with you.
