Six Reasons Spins Vanish
Your Spins Aren't There: Why
Sorts why the spins are missing and what fixes each case, before you contact support.
Your Spins Timed Out
Check the clock first: the welcome steps hold the spins for 30 days from the code, while the code without deposit lasts 3 days. Once that window shuts, the spins are gone and support cannot reopen it.
Short Payment, No Spins
Count what you sent. Step 1 needs NZ$11, step 2 needs NZ$16 and the wallet-free code is deposit-free at all, so a smaller payment leaves no spins to claim.
Coinpoker Casino Holds It Until You Accept
Open the cashier and look for the bonus tab: the reward waits there until you click it, and it never drops onto the reels by itself. Coinpoker Casino only counts it once you accept the bonus.
One Slot Only, Not Every Game
Load the named slot, because the spins are tied to it and stay hidden in any other game. Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead carry the welcome and wallet-free bundles respectively.
See The Maths
Spin Value Against Expected Return
Multiply spins by spin value, apply the slot RTP for the expected win, then add the wagering on that win. Each row is an estimate.

The Reels Your Spins Run On

Pragmatic Play
Gates of Olympus
High volatility keeps Olympus tense, and your 185 spins at 0.10 each give plenty of drops at the multiplier scatter. 185 free spins · Welcome Spins · Deposit 1; 50 free spins · Welcome Spins · Deposit 2; RTP 96.5%
IGT's Egyptian reels hand out 75 spins at 0.20 each on tuesdays, a bigger stake per turn than most weekly drops. 75 free spins · Midweek And Sunday Spins · Tuesday
Street Fighter II brings combo-style bonus rounds to wednesdays, and 75 spins at 0.10 each stretch that learning curve. 75 free spins · Midweek And Sunday Spins · Wednesday
Read this once the reels stop and you want to know what the win is worth.
Watch The Wagering Clock
Clear your wagering within 5 days of the wallet-free bundle or 29 days of a welcome step. Miss the deadline and the bonus balance plus its winnings are removed.
50x Against 34x
Turnover on the wallet-free win sits at 50x, while a welcome win needs 34x. On a typical NZ$4.80 win the wallet-free route asks for NZ$240.00 in play.
Bonus First, Cash Later
Nothing lands in your cash balance straight away: the win is credited as bonus money and stays there. Only the part left after wagering converts into withdrawable NZ$ funds.
NZ$50 Cash-Out Ceiling
Wallet-free winnings stop at a NZ$50 cash-out ceiling, so anything above that is trimmed. Deposit bundles carry no such cap beyond the NZ$60,000 withdrawal limit.
Fifty spins on Book of Dead at 0.10 each, yet the cap most players miss is NZ$50 cashout against 50x wagering on winnings.

Your Path To Spins
From First Click To Last Spin
Most players worry the spins vanish before they land. They do not, if you move in order.
Which Email Do I Use?
Register with your email address and a password you keep safe. Watch the details match your ID later, since only one account per player is allowed.
Claim Before The Clock Runs?
Open the bonus section in your account and enter the code of the offer, or claim it from the list there. Codes lapse after their activation days, so claim early.
Which Methods Qualify?
Fund the account with at least NZ$11, avoiding Skrill and Neteller on this one. Anything less leaves the welcome spins locked and unclaimed.
Time To Open The Reels
Load the named slot only, because spins never wander to other reels. Each spin runs at its set value, with no stake choice of your own.

Other Ways To Collect Spins
Coinpoker spreads small spin bundles across ordinary account tasks, not just deposit days.
Papers In, Spins Out
Verify your identity with a photo ID, proof of address and a card image to unlock this bundle on Gold Rush Rival. It carries 20x wagering and runs 3 days.
15 × NZ$0.10 · Gold Rush Rival · 20x winnings
A Quick Inbox Win
Confirm the link sent to your inbox and collect this bundle on Red Hot Tamales. Nothing needs wagering here, though the offer still expires after 3 days.
15 × NZ$0.10 · Red Hot Tamales · No wagering
Complete It, Claim It
Fill in your profile fields, then claim the bundle on Book Of Dead. These carry 35x wagering over 5 days, so plan a longer clearing stretch.
20 × NZ$0.10 · Book Of Dead · 35x winnings
Your Weekly Slot Treat
Deposit at least NZ$25 to unlock this week's slot bundle on Sweet Bonanza 1000. The spins stay live for a single day, so use them at once.
75 × NZ$0.10 · Sweet Bonanza 1000 · 35x winnings
A Daily Spin Chance
Spin the wheel once a day and collect up to 10 spins if it lands there. Each attempt resets daily, so returning keeps the prizes coming.
Birthday Bundle
Tell support your birthday and the account team may send a bundle with 35x wagering. No code goes with it, so watch your messages that day.
Spins End, Your Limits Do Not
Spinning never commits you to another deposit or another round. Set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders from your account, take a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, and call the Gambling Helpline New Zealand or the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand for free, confidential help.
Self-exclusion. Blocks all access to your account and to play for a period you choose, with no way to reverse it early.
Cooling-off periods. Locks you out for a shorter set spell so you can step back before play gets heavy.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can put in over a day, a week or a month before you spend it.
What the terms mean
Straight Answers, Short Read
Clear numbers and plain terms, laid out the way we like to explain things.
trustDo I need to deposit to get spins without deposit?+
No. The 50 spins on Book of Dead under code JADELUCKY50 arrive without a deposit, but winnings stop at a maximum cashout of NZ$50 and carry a 50x wagering on the winnings within five days.
trustWhere do I find the most spins on this casino?+
Your largest batch is 235 free spins across the welcome steps, with 185 on your first deposit under START103 and 50 more on the second under NOVA85. Both run on Gates of Olympus at NZ$0.10 a spin.
trustWhat happens when I take weekly spins?+
Weekly drops land on set days, each with its own slot and its own minimum deposit, and they expire fast — some within a day. Claim them from your account on the day, since none carry over to the following week.
trustWhy should I check the licence before playing?+
Coinpoker Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-189133 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, so the terms behind every spin come from a named regulator. Knowing who supervises the operator tells you where a dispute or a complaint travels.
trustWhat if I want to cash out my spin winnings?+
Winnings stay as bonus money until the wagering is cleared, then they move to your balance. Verify with photo identification, proof of address and a payment card image first, because cashouts stall until that is done.
trustCan I get free spins with no wagering at all?+
Yes. The 15 spins on Red Hot Tamales you unlock by email carry a 0x wagering, so whatever they return needs no playthrough. Redeem the code and the spins appear within three days of issue.
